Leadership Development

The purpose of the Leadership Development Course is to bring individuals together deepening our relationships with God, experiencing authentic community, capturing a life-changing vision for the local church, and developing leadership skills to effectively lead their families and the church.

We desire that each participant be developing a strong Biblical foundation, being able to accurately articulate scripture, growing relationally and becoming an influencer and leader of people through the development of a ministry mind set.

The Leadership Development course is designed to resemble the relationships within the local church where men and women are working together and are mutually submissive to one another.
