Lead Pastor Josh Carstensen continues a series called "What Is Going On?" where we read the entire Bible in a year. Jeremiah is a man of many sorrows who watched his nation go through terrible suffering and be destroyed despite giving multiple warnings. It's a challenging message that will likely lead you to ask how God can justify all of Jeremiah's hardship and pain. This book can also be confusing because it spans many years, isn't chronological, and uses multiple styles of literature. But it's worth working through because it ultimately points to an eternal, good, and patient God.
