How do I sign up for a tailgating spot? 

Community Groups are encouraged to reserve a tailgating spot! If you aren't yet in a Community Group, we'll also have spaces where everyone can hang out together.

If you have a larger group, consider reserving more than one tailgating spot.

 

I'm a CG leader but I have season tickets to the Beaver game.

Can I have someone else in my group host our spot? 

Absolutely! That would be the next best thing. You can share your point of contact when signing up your group using the link above.

What should I bring? 

• Your orange and black Beaver gear!
• Pop-up tents, tables, etc. - Need to borrow something? Contact the front office to make a request!
• Your favorite tailgating food(s)/drinks to share!
• A camp chair/blanket for watching the game and hanging out at your tailgating spot.
• Yard games, footballs to throw around (maybe we'll get a pick-up game going!)
• and anything else that will make this event fun and comfortable!

 

What time does the event start? 

The party begins at 5:30pm and kick-off will be at 6:00pm!

If you are hosting a tailgating spot, we encourage you to arrive around 5:00pm to set up your space.

 

What if it rains? What is the plan? 

This event is happening rain or shine! Should it rain, our plan is to have a few large tents set up for us to all watch the game together underneath! You can stay drier than you would at Reser Stadium and still enjoy the game with everyone! Be sure to bring a coat just in case!

What if I need power hookups for our tailgating spot? 

Just mark this need when you reserve your tailgating spot and we will do our best to make it happen!

 

I'm not in a Community Group yet but can I still host a tailgating spot? 

For sure! You can just fill out the form above and let us know your information so that we can be sure to keep you in the loop on all you need to know regarding our tailgating plan.

 

Can I invite friends and neighbors that don't go to NWH? 

Please do! This invitation is open to all and is an easy invite to invite friends, coworkers, and neighbors to.  Invite them to join your Community Group and get to know some people at NWH.
