BRYAN AND BARB
Long time members of Northwest Hills, Bryan and Barb Hoffman had a decade-long relationship with at-risk youth in Uganda when they decided to form On Belay Ministries. The vision of On Belay is to see these youth become young adults who are strong, independent, and self-sufficient leaders in their communities.
The Hoffmans travel to Uganda occassionally, but also communicate long distance with their Ugandan staff to oversee the education, discipling, and unique transition plan for each young person in the program.
